Make Your Own Kind Of Music

It's time again for a sampling of the collected colors and patterns of Fuengirola (and beyond).

I RECEIVED THE UPPER LEFT IMAGE FROM JUDYSHANNONSTREETWHAT (CLICK HERE)
FROM AMERICAN BASEBALL TRAINING CAMP IN PEORIA, ARIZONA.
I GUESS YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE BRITISH OR FINNISH IN SPAIN TO HAVE A FLAIR FOR FASHION.

Even if nobody else sings along...

I'm really starting to like some of these. I wouldn't wear them. But I am starting to like them. Well, maybe "like" is not the right word. I look forward to seeing them so I can take pictures. There!

  2. What are you doing to me, Mitch ¸¸.•*¨*•♫♫♪!! I love Mama Cass!
Denny Doherty was a Haligonian (which is a good thing) from Halifax!

Oh my mis-matched clothes have invaded your world again and ours too!

What is it about this phenomenon anyway!! I know they have been abducted by aliens!!

    WINKS!!

So grateful for that clarification. I thought, "You dress like THIS?!? And Jim lets you out of the house?"

  3. I don't think we humans have evolved enough to handle all this colour stimulation at once!!
Funny thing, I have a brother, maybe 3 (who will all remain unmentioned) who would see anything wrong with this picture!!
Is it a 'gay thing'? Are we specially wired or something?

Well, I do think no one pictured is actually Spanish, which means they're all "aliens." These combinations would never happen with MY brother. He has really stepped out of his comfort zone recently. He now has a few two-color striped polo shirts.

I am wearing a pair of chinos, a green baseball shirt with black sleeves, one purple sock, one red sock and brown loafers. I can hardly talk.

On the other hand, compared to the folks in the photos, I am almost monochromatic.

Well, the second photo from right at the top is a very, very dear friend. I'm not naming names. But, honestly, some people can pull it off (to a point). I'm sure you look very ... um, dapper?

  5. Outstanding selection here, Mitchell! And to think that I was feeling mismatched because the blues in shirt are slightly more teal than the powder blue of my shorts. But then it all came together with my yellow faux-snakeskin flipflops. Hope your day is as stunning as these shots!

One of Jerry's mother's pet peeves was combining reds with other reds or blues with other blues. She was very particular about that. But with yellow faux-snakesin flip flops, anything looks good.

  6. I like it all, especially Mama Cass' dress. I want it, for drapery, a blanket, a rug for my home office, and full-length mural for my bedroom.
    Kisses, Mitchell.

  7. That's it, they should officially ban plaid since no one seems to wear it correctly.

  8. I'd never be one to criticize anyone's fashion sense since I have none to speak of.

Just because I would never do it, it doesn't mean it should be done. However, sometimes the combinations just hurt my eyes.

  9. Oh but I love colour! I won't knock any one - especially the men - who are brave enough to forgo awful nasty earth tones.
