Red Hotness

It's been hot here. And steamy. And the air hasn't been all that pleasant. There were sand storms in Northern Africa in recent days that made their way across the sea to Andalucía. The red dust was said to reach as far as Sevilla (a couple of hours north of us). It definitely reached here.

(Click the images to see what the wind blew in.)

RED DUST BLOWING IN FROM THE SOUTH AT SUNSET SUNDAY.
BEFORE SUNSET: JUST LOOK AT THE HEAT RISING FROM THE SAND!

Red Shorts is at the beach most afternoons. He has a routine of activities and poses and tied-drawstring/untried-drawstring. Sour grapes! But, really, did you see the actual heat waves coming off the sand in the background?!?

Ah, I see what you're doing. 9-1-1 doesn't work here (this might warrant a 1-1-2 call). You'd dial 9-1-1 and do what you could in the meantime!

  5. I knew you were hot, Mitchell, but in those tight red swim trunks -- Whewy! San Geraldo is one lucky bastard!

  6. I think we need more pictures of that scene to keep checking for the waves of heat radiating from someplace.

I DO have a number of others -- from different angles. You never know when they'll pop up.

I don't know who that is. Should I be straying, too?

I'm going to see if it's as hot on the beach this afternoon. I know the weather, at least, is hot today.

It's clean and clear again. And not so humid. So pleased, because it's been REALLY hot. Over 40C yesterday.

  10. Did you say 'sour grapes' in red shorts? Or did you mean salted nuts? - and roasted?

Well, if steroids have anything to do with it, they could be more like raisins.
