Color My World / Colorea Mi Mundo

Some interior and exterior views of the Centre Pompidou Málaga. The second image is another view of some of the "ghosts" from yesterday's post. I thought they were giant chocolate Kisses. Imagine my disappointment!

From a distance, it simply looks like a Mondrian-style box on level ground. I was impressed with my closer look and then the interior was a great surprise. I am so in the mood now for a chocolate Kiss ... or 100.

  4. love the whole vibe of the building. The architect and designers did a great job with the feel of the building know the art it would house.

I agree. The interior space is beautifully designed, too. And the great natural light is unusual for this kind of museum (and none of it is directed at the artwork).

  6. The "Ghosts" installation did nothing positive for me. I thought it looked like insulated rooftop air vents. The chocolate kisses would have much been better. Cool place!

I just replied to Jim saying you two would create the most amazing art with your cameras if you were there.

    2. I am there sort of!

Maybe boring a pic or 2 might fulfill my addictive needs for geometry, colour, light and shade.

If it works for you to "bore" a pic (I've never known exactly how you create your art), have fun. Otherwise, feel free to borrow a pic!
