Donuts And A Popsicle / Donuts Y Una Paleta

La versión español está después de la versión inglés.

I'VE FOUND PERFECT treats for the beach. They look delicious and refreshing, help you keep cool, and they don't melt in the sun.

HE ENCONTRADO DULCES perfectos para la playa. Parece deliciosos y refrescantes, te ayudan a mantenerte fresco, y no se derriten al sol.

GLAZED DONUT WITH SPRINKLES.
UN DONUT GLASEADO, CON ASPERJAS.
NOT JUST A POPSICLE... A CREAMSICLE. (ICE CREAM TRUCK IN BACKGROUND?)
NO SOLA UNA PALETA... ¡UNA PALETA DE NARANJA Y VAINILLA! ¿CAMIÓN DE HELADOS EN EL FONDO?
BUT MY FAVORITE: A CHOCOLATE-GLAZED DONUT!
PERO MI FAVORITO: UN DONUT GLASEADO CON CHOCOLATE.

I saw a really wonderful slice of watermelon the other day, but missed getting a photo. I'll keep watching for its return.

Now everyone knows pool boys do NOT help YOU keep cool.

  9. I am disappointed there is no more colorful word for doughnuts in Spanish than donuts.

Well, depending on type, they have different names in Spanish -- dona, rosquilla, buñuelo. But the word used for the traditional ring donut is most often the English word "donut." Such a shame.
