A Musical Interlude

I've got more historic beauty to share, but I thought we might all need a little break. So here are Dudo and Moose being musical.

MOOSE WORKING FEVERISHLY ON THE CODA.
ONE FINAL REVIEW... FROM THE TOP.
DUDO WAS SUPPOSED TO ADD A SIXTY-FOURTH REST (A HEMI-DEMI-SEMI-QUAVER),
BUT, AS USUAL, IT TURNED INTO A FULL FOUR-MEASURE REST.

You and your pussycat... whoa, whoa...

  3. I love hemi-demi-semi-quavers! Well, mostly I love saying anything with "hemi-demi-semi" in front of it.

Moose could probably do it. He never shuts up.

  5. What a cultured family you have! Perhaps you could do the Cat Duo with them.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2C1X23O-b70&list=RD2C1X23O-b70#t=0
Ah, I think someone already suggested this!

I actually posted a version of that a while back. Moose would willingly perform this, I think. He never shuts up. And when Dudo and Moose await their treats, they demonstrate some really beautiful harmonies.

Which one of you actually does play, Mitchell?

Jerry plays, and beautifully (although he'll deny that).

  7. That Moose is always a surprise! Dudo looks like he is up to eyeballs in milk. Are they happy to have you back from Toledo?

Isn't Dudo's eye makeup stunning. They're happy to have us back. Moose shadowed us both (which made him a bit nuts) for a few days. It sure is nice to feel the love (and I'm sure they agree).

  8. Now I understand how a kitten on the keys get their score - from studying like a cat on the mat !

You're so clever -- and you've got my brain rattling with more word play.

  9. You've got the honour of being the very first blog I'm looking at on my new computer - and it could hardly have been a more appropriate one - as well as being my first experience with sound for many months. So thank D & M for me, will you please? (You can dispense with thanking Mr Jones). 'Speak' to you later. I'm 'doing the rounds' now with my new toy.

You've got the new computer and I don't seem to know how to work mine! I replied to this earlier today and I don't know what happened to it! What I said was: I had planned all along to be the first blog you'd read. Dudo has a sense for these things and he told me when. Hope you're enjoying and getting used to your new toy. I bought a new laptop in March and I had that same problem with a gentle (unaware) touch being all that's required to take me places I didn't plan to go.

I wish they could have gotten to know you better. It would be a love fest. Next time!
