Artful Stitchery / Bordado Artístico

La version español está después de la versión inglés.

THIS MARKS THE end of my career as a leg model (before it began). The dermatologist could have used the expert guidance of My Mother The Dowager Duchess. But I have an idea.

ESTO MARCA EL final de mi carrera de un modelo de piernas (antes de que comenzara). La dermatóloga podría haber utilizado la guía experta de Mi Madre La Duquesa Viuda. Pero tengo un idea.

THE LEG, DAY 4.
LA PIERNA, DIA 4.
SOMETHING SIMPLE BY THE DOWAGER DUCHESS.
ALGO SIMPLE CREADO POR LA DUQUESA VIUDA.
A TATTOO!
¡UN TATUAJE!

Dumb tattoos...
Tatuajes tontos...

This actually looks like the scar won't be at all bad-ass. But I'm already so macho that it really doesn't matter.

It will take a lot more than a double-dog dare for me to get a tattoo!

  3. I don't think that will leave too much of a scar. Sorry your leg-modeling career is over.

You're right. It's already looking really clean. (But, really, who cares anyway!)

  4. Beautiful needlework by DD. Actually, yours looks like a nice clean wound that will leave only a fine white line as a scar once those unsightly stitches are removed.

You're right. The stitches are heavy and messy looking, but the seam itself is perfect.

My mother's needlework was always beautiful. And I am always so butch.

Not at all. The biopsy was painful afterwards, but now that the culprit is gone, it doesn't hurt one bit.

At first it only hurt if I forgot and tried to kneel down (when Moose ordered me to pet him). Now I barely notice it.

I love it. I've got another "dueling scar" on my shoulder. So much more glamorous than the scar below my eye that was the result of a baseball bat.

  9. Excellent solution!

I had to do a double take when I saw that your video included Karen Kilgariff. I've become a big fan of her lately due to her podcast with Georgia Hardstark called "My Favorite Murder." I started listening around April of this year, and just this weekend I bought Karen's album called Live at the Bootleg. She's so funny!

She was head writer for Ellen Degeneres. Very clever.

I've toyed with the idea for years, but knew I would tire of whatever I did finally decided on and then be stuck with it. Also, although I know most people have no problems, there can be illness, infection, etc., as a result. So I retain my flawless (cough, cough) skin.
