Did San Geraldo just goose you in that last photo? :)
ReplyDeleteGREAT photos :) So glad you had a wonderful visit!
Judy:
DeleteI have no idea what happened but I can guarantee he didn't goose me. He usually DOES goose me when we're posing for pictures and he invariably gets "the look."
Wwow, i would have loved to see all the Christmas lights. Maybe we need to do more December traveling!
ReplyDeleteCheapchick:
DeleteLights here have been spectacular. And then there's Three Kings Day Parades to look forward to in early January. In some ways, even more fun!
The extra lights although they have a religious aspect for some are also very important to those people who suffer from Seasonally Affected Disorder (SAD's) from lack of sunlight.
ReplyDeleteHeron:
DeleteI had never thought about the help they provide with SAD. Now that you mention it, there's no doubt about it for us.
Don't know where to start!!
ReplyDeleteThe lights....spectacular!
The Bishops palace.....I want to be a Bishop!
The smiles.....SO good to see!
The lights....did I mention those lights?!
The 'goose'.....always works for me!
Jim:
DeleteNo goose, although that's Jerry's usually game. I don't laugh when he gooses me before a picture. Instead, I give him "the look." So, I have no idea what happened here. You should see the Bishop's Palace in Sevilla! Oh, a life sacrificed to the Church!
That is one hell of alot of lights! I though Rockefellers Tree had alot of light.
ReplyDeletemistress maddie:
DeleteThe weather is much too warm for an actual tree, so we have to compensate by quadrupling the lights.
Brilliant! I love the reflections in the windows. You guys sure were having a great time.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteLindy and I especially love those reflections. I could have done a blog post with simply those photos! We were having the best time!
Love!!
ReplyDeleteLindy:
DeleteThey're still lit and waiting for your return!!!
special lightings! but I don't see any dreidels...
ReplyDeleteannie marie:
DeleteOddly, there's a dearth of dredels around here. Should we wonder why?
Beautiful and so festive, and I loved the pictures of you two.
ReplyDeleteStephen:
DeleteI usually hate photos of myself with a big, uncontrolled smile. This one just makes me smile all over again at the memory of how happy I was that night.
Wow what great pictures of you both and all the lights.
ReplyDeleteLaurent:
DeleteThe City really goes all out. The lights and the company made the night spectacular.
Laurent is right, Mitch: great pictures of you both and all the lights...
ReplyDeleteJan:
DeleteThanks so much, Jan. I've spent years working on that "camera smile." Maybe I should just lose it! Such a great time.
I love this light show, and it looks like a good time was had by all ... even the gooser?
ReplyDeleteBob:
DeleteEveryone seems to think he goosed me, but he gets "the look" when he does that and not "the laugh." I think we were all just having too much fun. And Jerry used to always goose me before a photo thinking it would make me jump and laugh. It did not. It just pissed me off that I was going to look like an idiot in the photo. I take it all back. I like being a happy idiot!
The last photos were the brightest and best.
