I've outdone myself by creating a brilliant and unusual breakfast (pictured below; click the image to view the recipe's multiple steps in better detail).
I KNOW!!! GASTRONOMIC GENIUS, RIGHT? |
The cats watched me at work, very briefly, and decided to go outside to try and catch something fresh. The jerks!
BUT NO OFFENSE TAKEN REALLY. IT'S MOOSE AND DUDO'S DAILY ROUTINE. (IF MONK PARAKEET AND SWALLOW ARE TOO MUCH TO HOPE FOR, PERHAPS AT LEAST SPARROW?) |
It's alright if you act like a turd, because I like...
Now THAT is an interesting breakfast for sure! You're culinary skills are vastly improving I see, Mitch!
ReplyDeleteWho doesn't like birds? Do Moose and Dudo start to 'chatter' when they see one?
Jim:
DeleteReally, my skills have deteriorated. I used to make homemade egg rolls and protein muffins! Dudo and Moose don't do that chatter. Our old cat Dobie did, but he was afraid of birds... and moths and spiders and...
yogurt & peaches are healthy...not sure about the cookies...
ReplyDeleteanne marie:
DeleteRice cakes topped with chocolate. I don't have a cookie until I go out for coffee... and maybe a Magdalena, too.
are those the chocolate covered rice cakes you mentioned before? Breakfast is better with chocolate.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteYes, they are. Isn't everything better with chocolate?
I prefer your breakfast. The feline hoped for breakfast is for the birds.
ReplyDeleteStephen:
DeleteSome cats have no taste.
I try to eat yogurt occasionally, but no matter how I dress it up, I never really enjoy it. It's one of the few foods I dislike.
ReplyDeleteJennifer:
DeleteI didn't much like yogurt until I was in my 30s. Now I actually DO really like it. Cottage cheese, on the other hand, I can still only tolerate.
cats make marvelous eating, after you've smoked them a bit.
ReplyDeleteSpo:
DeleteI can't repeat what Dudo had to say about that.
