Never Too Much Parmesan / Nunca Demasiado Parmesano

La versión español está después de la primera foto.

WE WERE BACK at Restaurante Primavera the other night. We're there a couple of nights a week for the exceptional fresh food, the warm welcome, the comradery, and the service.

Oh yeah, obviously we're there for the cheese.

You've met Fran and Miguel (click here and here). Now it's time to meet Nahuel. He was shy at first but finally agreed to be introduced. He's worth the wait.

GRATING MY PARMESAN. "A LITTLE PRIVACY, PLEASE!"
RALLANDO MI PARMESANO. "UN POCO DE PRIVACIDAD, ¡POR FAVOR"!

REGRESAMOS AL RESTAURANTE Primavera la otra noche. Estamos allí un par de noches a la semana por la excepcional comida fresca, la cálida bienvenida, la camaradería y el servicio.

Ah, sí, obviamente estamos allí por el queso.

Conociste a Fran y Miguel (haz clic aquí y aquí). Ahora es el momento de conocer a Nahuel. Al principio fue tímido, pero finalmente aceptó ser presentado. Él vale la pena la espera.

  2. I'll apologize first for being a child ...

I'd like to be the meat in a Fran-Nahuel sammich.

    And now I'll apologize again.

  3. He can grate my cheese any time he wants. You do know all the best places - you could run a tour service.

For us it can't just be good food (although good food IS a requirement), it also has to feel like family... good family. We have been so lucky here.

Well... you wouldn't find mild cheddar on the menu but I think you can adapt, don't you?

    2. If BH can adapt to peas and onions, I can adapt to parmesan cheese grated by hunky, handsome hombres! I'm willing to make the sacrifice, being the selfi..er.. selfless person that I am.

Well... when we arrive they DO tell us YOUR TABLE is available. Once or twice there has been someone already there and they actually apologize!

And you haven't met Juan, Álvaro, or Laurent yet. I'm thinking a calendar is in order.

Yes, you did and, yes, you're right. And one of another of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet.
