Who Are You Calling Common? / ¿A Quién Llamas Común?

La versión español está después de la primera foto.

I'VE HAD A cold for four days now. It was supposed to be the same two-day cold that people around town were sharing last week. Mine, however, appears to be of the much more Serious Man Cold strain.

I'm just glad I didn't get this Serious Man Cold when I was recovering from my detached retina surgery. One coughing fit and my eye would have popped out. This is not the "common" cold.

Before catching my Serious Man Cold, which by the way appears to be running its course, I caught today's two glamour shots. The shorts-and-shorter trend is not dead and seems to be evolving.

  3. "ManCold" s/b a medical term!
Speedo leg show is is a bit redundant as I remember in my X-tra short 30" suit I used to wear at swim meets. LOL

Have been planning to ask since my last past. But the guy in the plaid shorts was very far away; I used my zoom. The guy in the Speedo? First: Probably not the one to ask about the style. Second: He didn't strike me as very approachable.

  6. Since Monday, I've had a mucus buildup. Wasn't really "sick" but been feeling like crap for most of that time.

The creeping crud is making its way around town. Thanks for sharing the mucus build-up!

  7. Didn't realize you could actually do that with a speedo-type suit. Glad you are getting better.

Oh, I've seen men on the beach in Speedos who turned them into THONGS. For example: https://mitchellismoving.blogspot.com/2016/06/whats-cooking-on-beach.html

  8. I hope you recover soon from your case of SMC. I was thinking that the last pic (the speedo) was just a wedgie in the making. I looked closer (for research purposes) and they seem to be made that way. Of course, I can know for sure if I researched in person, butt that's not gonna happen!

Sort of a wedge... with room to grow "down there."

  9. For the life of me I don't get the why of the shorter short short ...but the shorter short speedo? While lovely to look at, it's even more odd.

I don't know. Will have to find out. These tend to NOT be Spanish people, so maybe there IS no word!

I think more would have been exposed (or less neatly expressed) had the Speedo guy been drunk.

  12. Ah muffin I know exactly how you feel. I had the same thing back in thing back in May.

However I, unlike you, didn't have something cheeky to cheer me up.
