Today is all about Dudo. If you were to ask Dudo, he'd tell you every day is all about him. The minute I get out of bed, he runs out the open bedroom window and flirts with me through the glass. I have to play with him before I do anything else. Yesterday morning, he followed me through the apartment and then dragged a toy out to the terrace to get me to come play with him.
In case you're wondering, I obeyed.
Every cat expression says "I'm so awesome, how can you resist me"? :)

DeleteBoth our cats are so attentive (i.e., DEMANDING). Moose gets up from a dead sleep and follows whenever either one of us makes a move. Not working gives us much more time to devote to them than we've ever had for our pets in the past. So they expect it!
What a beautiful cat!
ReplyDeleteDebra:
DeleteHe is! And, unlike his brother, he's very cooperative when I've got my camera in hand.
And I bet you love playing with him!
ReplyDeleteStephen:
DeleteI do. He adores us both, but I'm the playmate. When Jerry throws one of the cats' toys, Dudo tends to just sit and stare at him.
They like their patterns of behaviour, I find. Maybe it's the security of knowing that some things can be relied on is their appeal.
ReplyDeleteI don't know about yours but mine change their sleeping locations every few weeks. After several weeks having to share my bed with at least one of them, usually two, I'm now in a phase where I can have the bed all to myself. Heaven! Though it won't be long before they return.
Ray:
DeleteOurs do regularly change their sleeping locations. I wonder if it's a survival instinct. Or maybe they just get bored!
Mitchell, you are such a good cat Dad. It would be very hard to resist that face.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day!
Robin
Robin:
DeleteI am well trained!
YOU are his 'boy toy'!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little thing he is!
Jim:
DeleteAh to be someone's boy toy!
He's very photogenic...and demanding. I love the first picture at the top
ReplyDeleteCheapchick:
DeleteHe's definitely photogenic (and he likes the camera). Our niece calls him Kate Moss.
who WOULDN'T want to play/be loved by a handsome kitty like dudo? :)
ReplyDeleteanne marie:
DeleteAfter Jerry, he's my best pal.
Tus gato esta muy hermoso! :)
ReplyDeleteI love Dudo! Those green eyes are something else.
Jennifer:
DeleteSi, mi gato es muy hermoso... and he knows it. I always wanted green eyes.
Look at that face! I reached over, and Wham! Slammed my hand against the screen. And still, he's begging me to give him a hefty does of TLC.
ReplyDelete"dose" that is.
DeletePS I hope you're well, Mitchell. xx
Robyn:
DeleteWow! I'm glad you didn't reach in for a kiss!
And people say cats are aloof. Only dog people say that, I suppose.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteI agree. Everything IS on their terms but their terms are very social.
well of course you obeyed human - that is why you were created!
ReplyDeleteWillym:
DeleteCan you imagine if I gave him a bell to ring for service?!?
Such a photogenic kitty! Of course, they both are. Moose is probably ready for HIS close-up.
ReplyDeleteWalt the Fourth:
DeleteDudo is very cooperative when I have my camera. I have to get lucky for Moose. He'll be taking the best pose and when he sees the camera, he looks away. And he pointedly ignores me when I try to get him to look in my direction. The minute I put the camera down, he's all mine again!
