ReplyDeleteThe full moon can have a strange effect on some people. I remember seeing a touch of moon madness or at least that's what people said it was; for there was a retired seaman in Dartmouth UK behaving very oddly on a small boat moored to the quay. Pardon me for rambling... it was the title that did it.
