Beds And Tongue-Twisters / Camas Y Trabalenguas

La versión inglés está antes de la versión español.

I BOUGHT NEW bedding — duvet sets, sheets, pillows... The sheets aren't slitted, but I thought of the tongue-twister:
I slit the sheet. The sheet I slit. And on the slitted sheet I sit.
I'll give you a moment to practice.

Anyway, I carefully selected duvet sets that would go well with the cats. (Of course I did.) The boys are in a 'San Geraldo's office bed cycle' right now and haven't even tried the master bedding. I even washed their white comforter and placed it where they like it at the right beneath the headboard. Meanwhile, Dudo is on my lap. I think it's all too neat and tidy for them.

Since I've required my Spanish-speaking readers to practice the above English tongue-twister, my English-speaking readers are now required to try this one. Ready? Go!
Mi mamá me mima mucho y yo mimo a mi mamá.
(My mom spoils me a lot and I spoil my mom.)

COMPRÉ ROPA DE cama nueva: fundas de edredones, sábanas, almohadas ... No son sabanas cortadas ("slitted" como el título), pero pensé en el trabalenguas inglés:
I slit the sheet. The sheet I slit. And on the slitted sheet I sit.

¿Listos? ¡Ya!
Mi mamá me mima mucho y yo mimo a mi mamá.
MOOSE THE CAT. (AND THE TONGUE-TWISTER: MOOSE NOT NOSHING MUCH MUSH?)
EL GATO MOOSE. (Y LA TRADUCCIÓN DE LA TRABALENGUAS: MOOSE NO COMIENDO MUCHA PAPILLA.)

Moose is not the sharpest knife in the drawer but he's a sweetheart.

  3. Moose's magnificent mug mesmerizes me mightily. The Spanish tongue twister is easier for me. In a short period of time, I have fallen madly in love with those kitties!

And that's all that matters (both that you love it and they look good).

Dudo just spent an hour and a half on my lap on the big bed, which means that's where he'll be tonight, too. So predictable. (I woke him up because I really had to pee!)

  6. D & M are friends again? So their recent confrontation was all bluster and not for reals? I only wish some of us, me included, had such short memories and could forgive so easily.

Brothers! They attack each other, leave scars, and are then sound asleep wrapped around each other three minutes later. That fight I shared was nothing serious. They can be awful to each other sometimes, but always cuddling immediately after.

    I slit the sleet...

  9. Lovely bedding !
I find it hard enough to pronounce even the simplest Spanish let alone the tongue-twisters.

  10. My old dog knew she wasn't allowed on the furniture like beds and chairs, as long as nobody was looking.

Yeah, our cats know they're not allowed on the kitchen counters... unless we're not looking.
