A New Snack Table / Una Nueva Mesa De La Merienda

A FEW YEARS ago I wrote about the "snack table" in San Geraldo's office. Just follow along and you'll understand. A new snack table was delivered yesterday afternoon. The label on the box reads "Tritaradura de Papel," which I guess means "Snack Table" in Spanish — although the literal translation would be "paper shredder."

I realized the old snack table was broken because San Geraldo had been leaving his dishes on the bed beside his desk. (Give me strength!) Now that he's got a new snack table, maybe he can use the old one as a real paper shredder.

NOW, ROOM FOR A LARGE DINNER PLATE.
AHORA, ESPACIO PARA UN PLATO GRANDE DE CENA.

  1. And think, if he ate on paper plates, he could have just ran them through the shedder.

I once wrote a post about the fact that I found his 2nd-grade report card and the teacher commented that he kept a very messy desk!

We had one of those. And a NordicTrack clothes rack and a treadmill clothes rack. Jerry NEEDED each and every one.

Who said anything about one room. Luckily he spends most of his time snacking in there.

He's gotten classy. You can see all the paper for shredding in a basket next to the snack table. He used to toss it on the floor.

That sounds like a desk. You need Jerry to teach you about snack tables.

  9. Wherever I put the snack is the snack table--even if it's just balanced on my knee.
