A Belly Full Of Love / Una Barriga Llena De Amor

OF COURSE, BEFORE we leave home for 16 days, we had to get some good food and love from our family at Mesón Salvador. First I'll show you the food. Then I'll show you just a bit of the love. San Geraldo was being healthy that night. He did not have dessert. My dessert came smothered in whipped cream (more than I wanted). What I left over, San Geraldo quickly scooped into his coffee. But god got him for that. There were hidden walnuts. And he hates walnuts.

San Geraldo estaba sano esa noche. Él no tenía postre.

  5. Beet chips! I had beet sorbet once. Beets are a very "in" ingredient right now. They are having their 15 minutes of culinary fame, I guess. Then it's back to the borscht.

    1. Debra,
I touched my tongue once with beet sorbet. Blech! And just the thought of borscht makes my stomach do a flip.
