I MISSED THE ABUNDANCE OF FLOWERS ON THIS CACTUS. ME PERDÍ LA ABUNDANCIA DE LAS FLORES EN ESTE CACTUS. |
cactus plants blooming are always interesting. do the flowers have a scent or not? will they bloom every year?
ReplyDeleteanne marie:
DeleteNo scent on any of these -- that I'm aware of. And they SHOULD bloom every year with luck and with the love and attention they get from Jerry (the farmer).
Ooooh, plant porn! Nice way to start the week!
ReplyDeleteDeedles:
DeleteWe've got it every day of the week.
Buds, swollen with potential.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteThat sounds like part of a haiku.
All I can think of is: OUCH!
ReplyDeleteDebra;
DeleteI can agree. Jerry does all the transplanting (and he can agree, too).
I'm slowing falling in love with blooming cactus thanks to you and my friend Parsnip in Arizona. They're so offbeat and beautiful! :)
ReplyDeleteJennifer:
DeleteI'v always loved them. We had success in Southern California but never at this level. We used to love to walk the desert in early spring. Nothing gray and drab about it!
Your plants are always so beautiful. You must have plant magic !
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
Parsnip:
DeleteWe both love plants and have always had lots of them. The plants are Jerry's responsibility here and he's so diligent.
These are loving the Mediterranean sun! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteJim:
DeleteThey do love it here and they love the attention from jerry.
how often do you change the sheets?
ReplyDeleteSpo:
DeleteOn my own, I would do it every week or two (I don't know why i find it to be such a pain). This has been more than 3 weeks!
nice cacti
ReplyDeleteAdam:
DeleteMy favorite kinds of plants.
Glad to read you're doing better! Any time someone else changes the sheets is a good time.
ReplyDeleteWalt the Fourth:
DeleteIt still hasn't happened...
Blooms are so much fun
ReplyDeleteTravel:
DeleteWe do an inspection several times a day. Always uplifting.
