OINK! lol
ReplyDeletePoor poor San Geraldo.
Jim:
DeleteHe's so deprived. Hey, he's deprived on account'a I'm depraved.
Share size, huh? That's like saying a pint of ice cream is four servings! As for licorice (just because I have to have an opinion about everything) ICK! I like black jelly beans and ouzo and that's it.
ReplyDeleteDeedles:
DeleteI know! Everyone knows those ice creams are single-serve!
Deedles:
DeleteI'm surprised you like black jelly beans and ouzo and not licorice. I love them all.
Well, I'll tell ya, Mitchell. Licorice on its own is kind of salty and less sweet. My sister said try it. I did and gagged. I grew to love jelly beans as an adult. As for ouzo, no explanation needed.
DeleteWere your teeth all black afterwards?
ReplyDeleteDebra:
DeleteI never thought about it, but no. It must be the quality stuff!
The rule in our household is 1 bag = 1 serving. That includes all sweets and treats. I fondly remember the days when I could a eat a 1lb bag of kettle chips in one sitting (usually as an appetizer before dinner) with no adverse consequences.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteI'm not a big chips fan, but every so often I get a craving. And when I do...
SG can get his own bag! I second deedles and wilma! I LOVE black jelly beans and sambuca black.
ReplyDeleteanne marie:
DeleteJerry drinks Pernod on the rocks. DEE-licious. He started drinking it long before he met me because it made his breath smell good when he was picking up men!!!
I love these treats.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
Parsnip:
DeleteI had a craving. Right now, I crave nothing but antacids!
they taste haribo
ReplyDeleteAdam:
DeleteOh, that's so clever. But they weren't haribo; they were hariboly good!
Guess what! One of my former students (from waaaaaay back), just posted on FB that they are in Fuengirola ("Most charming place ever.") ! They've been traveling in Spain. So (though no one asked for suggestions ! Ha!), I told her about Mesón Salvador, and Little Italy 2.0. Who knows! You might end up in the same restaurant as Juli and Rudy :)
ReplyDeleteJudy:
DeleteI'm so glad they like Fuengirola! I'm hoping to get to Mesón Salvador Saturday night. I'll look for Juli and Rudy!
One share, all yours.
ReplyDeleteTravel:
DeleteToo bad it didn't split.
I take it they were pretty good.
ReplyDeleteKirk:
DeleteEh! They were OK. (No, really, they were soft and chewy and delicious.)
