Me? I'm more interested in all the big fruits around town.
I love that last picture! It's been in the nineties here, and that water looks so nice and cool. The birds are nice too, and any glimpse of the furbabies is always welcome.
ReplyDeleteDeedles:
DeleteIt has been beautiful here but not hot. Today was another perfect beach day and another great day for watermelon.
oh, THOSE kind of fruits...I thought you were talking about something else...
ReplyDeleteanne marie:
DeleteWe don't get a lot of big fruits in town. Some, but not a lot.
The view you have of the birds in flight and the ocean is lovely.
ReplyDeleteI miss living by the ocean.
So happy you added Dudo (?)
Too bad some jerk had to spread his graffiti over the wall.
cheers, parsnip
Parsnip:
DeleteI DO hate that graffiti tagging. The City stays on top of it here, but I would so love to catch them in the act.
I feel for Dudo. Maybe you should get him a catnip mouse or something to amuse himself with now.
ReplyDeleteDebra:
DeleteNo worries. I'll soon share the gift I gave Dudo today. He's on Cloud 9. So is Moose.
"Me and My Shadow" - love the photos of the house martins in flight. Good thing that drain hole is too small to fit a cat head.
ReplyDeleteWilma:
DeleteYou're so right about the size of the drain hole. We both were relieved to see that. Of course I have another 100 photos of house martins in flight and some with really great shadows!
We call then house martins
ReplyDeleteJohn:
DeleteYep. You missed that. The crag martins are the ones that left. The house martins are the ones that are in town for the summer.
Nothing better than a BIG FRUIT! .....especially watermelon!!
ReplyDeleteJim:
DeleteI agree, althought I don't know about the "especially watermelon" part.
Fruit on the beach!What fun!
ReplyDeleteNo fun for poor Dudo,though.
Bob:
DeleteOh, poor Dudo has been the center of the Universe today. Photos and a story to come tomorrow.
Maybe one day...
ReplyDeleteAdam:
DeleteIt's just a bit further than a flight to Washington DC. Only a bit.
If he starts spittin' those seeds out on the beach, there'll be hell to pay!
ReplyDeleteWalt the Fourth:
DeleteImagine the contest!
What would he do, if he caught the bird?
ReplyDeleteTravel:
DeleteHe caught a house sparrow a few years back, the little shit. (https://mitchellismoving.blogspot.com/2014/03/dudo-gives-me-bird.html).
